THE GP PRACTICE WILL BE CLOSED ON THURSDAY 20TH SEPTEMBER AND THURSDAY 27TH SEPTEMBER DUE TO ESSENTIAL TRAINING. OUR PHONE LINES WILL BE THROUGH TO THE OUT OF HOURS SERVICE FROM 12.30PM ON THE 20TH SEPTEMBER AND 1PM ON THE 27TH SEPTEMBER. FOR ANY URGENT ENQUIRIES PLEASE PHONE 0161 426 5850 AFTER 12.30PM ON THE 20TH SEPTEMBER AND 1PM ON THE 27TH SEPTEMBER, WHERE YOU WILL HEAR INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO CONTACT THE OUT OF HOURS SERVICE WHO WILL BE COVERING THAT AFTERNOON.

RUclear is run by the NHS, the tests are of a high quality and are FREE.

Repeat prescriptions will be issued at the doctor's discretion and are normally for patients on long-term treatment.

Requests for prescriptions can be made in writing or by calling at the surgery. We are unable to take orders over the telephone or issue repeat prescriptions at weekends, public holidays or out of normal surgery hours. Please allow two complete working days before collection and make allowances for weekends and public holidays.

NOTICE:

FROM MONDAY THE 23RD OF MAY, YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION TO COLLECT A PRESCRIPTION FOR A CONTROLLED DRUG.

We are pleased to remind you that we provide you with an online service for booking appointments, ordering repeat medication and updating your information.

Please use the following weblink:  https://patient.emisaccess.co.uk/  and follow the instructions to register for this service.   (document attached showing instructions and examples of the screens you will see).  Please open as a read only document.  If you have any problems please do not hesitate to contact a member of our Reception Team who will be happy to advise you.

Please use the repeat tear-off slip given with a previous prescription. Please try and collect prescriptions after 2:30pm.

We are part of the twelve monthly repeat prescription scheme for patients who are on long-term medication and their medication has been stabilised. Please discuss this with your local pharmacy so that they may assess if you would be a suitable patient to join the scheme.
